The Vesta Mission

We're customer first because we were customers first.

Many years ago, before Vesta, we bought a kit sauna from a well-known brand. We were excited. Then it landed in our driveway on a pallet. 

After the pallet landed in our driveway, we spent the whole weekend hauling materials to the site and building it, needless to mention all the head scratching that came along with trying to decipher the vague directions.

The sauna worked, at first. But the heater sat so high in the unit that our heads were always on fire while our toes froze, and it never got quite as hot as we wanted. The 4-person unit we thought we’d bought really suited two, so to fit our whole family someone had to sit dangerously close to the heater.

Within a year, the wood was greying, the barrel was leaking — even though we had placed the unit under a deck — and there were sweat stains on the benches. When the door broke, the only number to call was an 800 line, who offered to ship us a part we had no idea how to fit.

So We Started Vesta Sauna

We forged Vesta at the intersection of our 20+ years in the contracting industry and real sauna knowledge we’d learned from time spent in Scandinavia, the sauna motherland, and set out to build a better sauna. A showroom where you can see exactly what you’re getting. And real faces behind the brand — people you can call with a question, trust with your install, and reach when something needs fixing under warranty. The kind of company we wish we had had way back when.
